Having gained a bunch of weight back last year and needing to get my body back. I decided that i would give Shakeology a chance to prove to me it can do what i have been telling people it can do for the last two years. However I wasn’t ready to commit to my workouts again. 90 day shakeology results were not really planned but kinda just happened. The last 90 days was spent watching my calorie Monday through Friday then letting loose on the weekends. Friday night till Sunday was filled with pizza, burgers and tequila. I only managed to do cardio once a week and weight lifting once a week. Even with limited exercise, i was able to lose 17 lbs and 8 lbs of it was pure body fat. Though I can’t say my results are typical I can say shakeology played a major part in my transformation

- 21.8% to 17% bodyfat -4.8%
- 37.5 to 32 waist -5.5″
- 39 to 37 hips -2″
- 38.5 to 37 chest -1.5″
- 25 to 23 thighs -2″
- 13.25 to 12 biceps -1.25″
- 14 to 14 neck no change
